for Multifamily Properties
Sponsors must have proven experience in the target investment asset type & market
At least one successful exit (sale or refinance) of similar type property
150 – 500 units
Primary and secondary markets throughout the US
$2.5m - $10m equity contribution
TBG will invest a minimum of 50% and up to a maximum of 80% of equity needed
Sponsor must invest between 10 – 20% of equity
Cash-on-cash returns of 9%
3-10 year hold
